The kitchen in Residence #7 is a masterclass in sculptural design and modern functionality, designed in collaboration between Zaha Hadid and renowned Italian kitchen designer Boffi. At the center is a custom-sculpted white marble island—its swooping edges mirroring the building’s distinctive façade—which doubles as a functional eat-in kitchen breakfast bar. The space is outfitted with sleek, high-gloss cabinetry and a full suite of state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances, including both a traditional oven and a steam oven. A built-in temperature-controlled wine storage system accommodates up to 99 bottles. Designed with open-concept living in mind, the kitchen flows effortlessly into the home’s living and dining areas, offering a gallery-like ambiance framed by soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass. With its balance of elegance, innovation, and precision, this kitchen is more than a culinary workspace—it’s a statement of form, function, and forward-thinking design.
